We are a new company that has been set up to help referral agents make money, as opposed to just a place to keep license hanging on the wall. We do this by staying in touch with you thru news letters; e mails, and quarterly gatherings, along with contest and promotions for those of you who still like to compete, etc.
We might be the only referral company that pays you referral fees for property management and rental leads. We will always do this in our local Columbia, S.C. area because we have a sister company, Bob Capes Property Management & Sales that handles these leads for us and has agreed to pay us 10 % of the first month’s rent.
On a $1,000 per month rental; we will receive a one time fee of $70.00; you get 70% or $49.00.
