Who is Eligible?
1- Anyone who presently holds a SC real estate license, regardless of where you live at this time.
2- To remain eligible, you have to keep your educational requirements up
to date.
3- You must pay your annual license renewal fee to the state of SC.
4- You must pay your annual $49.00 administrative fee to BCRR, LLC by Jan 31st each year. |
