WHY SHOULD I KEEP MY LICENSE ACTIVE?
- You have worked hard to get it, so why would you let it expire? You may need to go back into business full time one day.
- It will become increasingly more difficult to obtain a SC license in future years.
- In order to share in a commission in SC, you must be licensed under a registered SC Broker. To take any part of a commission without an active license is grounds for you and the other Broker to lose your license.
- By joining us and signing our agreement form (stating that you will not list or sell, but only send referrals), you will no longer have to pay those high board dues, MLS dues, E&O ins, Fair share, desks costs, etc.
Your only cost now is to pay your annual license renewal fee and our low annual administrative fee of $49.00.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND MEETINGS?
Absolutely not! You are an independent contractor. You will be invited to attend any rallies, seminars, educational classes or social gatherings that your company hosts, but you are not required to attend anything except your continuing educational classes required by the state of SC
You lucky ones who are 65 years old and have 25 years experience in our business are excluded from taking any more classes.
