You are paid on a weekly basis-
Incoming referral checks received, deposited and cleared by noon on Wednesday will be paid to you the following Friday. Checks can be mailed to you or direct deposited to your bank account.
You receive 70% of all incoming referral fees as a result of your lead!
(For listings and sales we normally receive 25% of the referred side)
(For rental referrals we normally receive 10% of first months rent).
We keep 30% and pay you 70%
EXAMPLE:
Let’s assume the price for the home you referred was $175,000 and the selling broker received 6% = $10,500 normally split 50% to buyer’s side ($5,250.00)and 50% to seller’s side ($5,250.00). You referred the buyer so our company would receive 25% of $5,250.00 or $1.312.50. You are paid 70% or $918.75
On a rental referral that resulted in your referred tenant renting a home or $1,000.00 per month, our company will normally receive 10% of the first month’s rent or $100.00.
