IT’S EASY TO TRANSFER TO Bob Capes Real Estate Referrals, LLC!!!

1. Print out the transfer form from our web site. Or simply send us an e-mail, or Call to request.

2. Fill in the form- (Completely).

3. Have your current Broker-in-Charge sign the form.

4. E-mail, fax or mail the form to us, for our signature. We will send it back to you.

5. Mail (or take) the form and $10 check to the Real Estate Commission. Their address is on the form.

6. the Real Estate Commission will mail your new license to us as your new  Company and Broker-in-Charge.

7. We will mail you your new license with an invoice for the $49 annual membership fee.
