You know that somebody somewhere is going to be BUYING or SELLING real estate somewhere in the U.S.
You contact them and let them know you can help by getting them free information and professional help with their upcoming real estate transaction.
You then have 2 choices:
EASY WAY-complete referral form (C) and email or fax it to us. While we place the referral in the proper Broker’s hands, you go back to sleep. This way, you get less money, but there is no work for you to do
YOU ARE IN CONTROL- You know an active agent or you get on phone or internet and locate an agent who will work with us and pay us a 25% referral fee. You do all negotiating with the agent and send them form (D) to complete. They send the completed form back to us agreeing to accept referral through our referral company. This way you do the work and you make the most.
RENTALS- If you know of someone in the Columbia, SC area that has property they would like to put on rental market, or someone who is looking to rent property in our local area; just complete the correct form (E for property owners) and (F) for prospective tenants.
If rental property is outside our local area and you want to refer a rental, it will be up to you to make that arrangement with a broker in that city.
Although most referral companies do not pay you for rental referrals, our sister company, Bob Capes Property Management and Sales, Inc. does! Our referral company will receive 10% of first month’s rent. On $1,000.00 per month rental; we will receive $100.00; you get 70% or $70.00. IS THAT EASY?
PAYDAY- Our computers are programmed to write checks each Friday on any commissions received by 5:00pm on Wednesday of that week.
You don’t have to wait all month for your money!
Once you receive your first check you become a member of the 70% club. |
