In recent months, Bob, a veteran of 35 years in real estate brokerage, watched our real estate brokers and agents having an increasingly more difficult time earning a living. He became aware that many of them all across the US would have to put their license on an Inactive status and seek employment elsewhere.
Bob understands how hard it is to get a SC real estate license so why let such a valuable piece of paper go to waste? You have it, so why not place it with a referral company like ours? You will still be able to earn commissions - just by sending referrals on people you know who will be buying, selling or in some cases renting.
So, on March 2nd 2009, after considerable research, Bob decided to launch this company – for the following:
1-Those new agents who have worked so hard to get their license, only to find that at this time it is very hard for a brand new agent to get started.
2- Those successful agents who have done very well in previous years but now find it so different and hard to earn a living with our economy being in such rambles.
3 Those veterans who are thinking of retirement and just don't want to work as hard any more, but still wish to be able to earn money.
This new company would give them a place to "hang their license" and still have the opportunity to make money while they, by necessity, must pursue other careers at this time.
Bob's next goal was to find the BIC whose thoughts and dreams meelled with his; that is to launch this new company and build it into one of the largest real estate referral companies in the US. One of our many goals is to have our members making money; not just hanging their license on our wall.
