WHAT IS MY COST?
We charge only $49.00 per year as an administrative fee. We pay all of our members the same commission split; you get 70% of fees paid to us as a result of your referrals. You must pay by last day of January each year. Our computers are set not to pay a commission unless administrative fee has not been paid.

HOW DO I TRANSFER MY LICENSE?
If your license is still active and held by the SC Real Estate Commission
1) Download and complete the Bob Capes Referrals form A).
2) Take the completed form A and a $10.00 check, to the Real Estate Commission to transfer your license.

If your license is with another Broker
1) Download and complete Bob Capes Referral Form B
2) Have your present broker sign the form.
3) Follow same steps as above.
