The Bob Capes Real Estate Referrals, LLC is not a conventional real estate company. No one in our company ever directly represents a buyer or seller. All buyers and sellers are referred to full-time real estate associates outside of our company. Perhaps you have a friend or know of some broker you have heard good things about if so, we encourage you to personally select that agent and firm that you'd want to handle your referral. If you do not have a preference, then we can use our resources to place your lead with an agent and firm that can best meet the needs of the customer.

Most real estate companies that have refferal companies will allow you to hang your license in their "in-house" referral group. However when you have a referral, these companies usually take a large percentage of your referral commission. We know that agents work hard to get and maintain a real estate license and deserve to keep more of that referral commission!
